Join this heart-opening yoga class for people of all ages, as we focus on forgiveness through gratefulness and creating new thought patterns in order to make a true connection with our Self, our family and with others. We’ll practice simple self-healing exercises including breath work, simple body movements, yogic song, dance, and family and group meditation to experience a renewed sense of inner calm, rhythm, joy, self-love, and wholeness. These yogic exercises are designed to help empower us with self-healing tools to overcome depression, grief, and anxiety surrounding the loss of a loved one. To help support lasting self-healing, you’ll be given a hand-out on how to do some of these exercises at home. Feel free to share them with your family and friends!
